BERRY BOWL SMOOTHIE
YIELD: 2 Servings
Ingredients
2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. frozen raspberries
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 - 2 c. non-dairy milk
2 TB maple syrup
1 TB chia seeds
Blend all ingredients and serve in a bowl with the topping of your choice.
Toppings (optional)
- granola
- fresh berries or any fruits
- shredded coconut
- hemp seeds
- nuts, raw or roasted
