CHIA POWER OATMEAL
Yield: 2 servings
For oatmeal:
1/2 c. Rolled Oats
1 1/2 c. Water
1 TB Shredded Coconut
1 TB Maple Syrup
Put the water in a small pot, turn the heat on medium high. As soon as it starts boiling, add the oats, coconut and maple syrup. Stir until the oats is fully cooked.
Serve with your favorite fruits, nuts and seeds topping
