There are gazillion of vegan and vegetarian meatless products that you can find in the market now. They are very pricey and each package is not even enough to feed the whole family. Making your own is the best way to save up some money as long as you have the time to make them. I make them in big batches, then I keep them in the freezer. It really comes handy when you have an unexpected guest or when you feel like making something fast and easy. Let's get started.
