STRAWBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. Frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c. Non-dairy milk
1/2 c. Plain, vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1-2 TB Date or maple syrup
1 TB Chhia Seeds
Instruction
Blend all the ingredients and serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings or simply pour in a glass to boost your system.

- granola
- fresh berries or any chopped fruits
- shredded coconut
- hemp seeds
- nuts, raw or roasted
