VEGAN CAULIFLOWER WINGS

This recipe is very easy and appetizing! It can be an appetizer, a meal or a snack.


Ingredients


1 head of cauliflower, chopped in small portion

1 cup flour

1 TB nutritional yeast

1 TB smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

2 c. plain bread crumbs

2-3 c. non-dairy milk, unsweetened


Instructions


- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or set your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

- In a bowl, add the flour and whisk in the non-dairy milk until you get the right consistency. (Consistency should be like a pancake batter)

- Place the breadcrumbs in another bowl.

- Dip each piece of cauliflower into the flour batter evenly using fork, then cover with breadcrumbs.

- If you are using an oven , place the battered pieces in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until it turned lightly brown and get crispy.

- If you are using an air fryer, put them directly at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and let it cook for 10 minutes.

- Serve warm with your favorite ranch dressing or any preferred sauce.
