CUCUMBER RANCH DRESSING
Ingredients
1/2 c. raw cashews, soaked overnight
1/2 c. hemp seeds, shelled
1 TB light Agave or maple syrup
1 TB fresh lemon juice
1/2 TB fresh lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. non-dairy milk, unsweetened
1/4 c. shredded cucumbers
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except the milk.
- Start blending and gradually add the milk until it reached your desired consistency.
- Serve cool and add the cucumbers.
- Garnish with chopped flesh parsley.
